Which is the best whiteboard video animation tool I can use to create a good vid

Does anyone knows the best tool that I can use to create a simple whiteboard animated video? I have already arranged the entire script for the animation video, I only have to implement it, but I’m not sure which software I should use to Create Whiteboard Animation video. I only have one month duration left to complete my project and include the whiteboard animation in it. I do not have any previous experience of making video animations, but I’m watching tutorials to get all the help. Someone please let me know which software or tool I should use to create it.
