Koraki and Kissa are a double character set with lots of added features.  We have reviewed many of StudioArtVartanians characters in the past.  They created some of the best work for the Michael 4 and Victoria 4 generation. These two gothic / halloween inspired characters are another fine example.  Please continue reading to learn more.

Materials

As we have mentioned countless times,  StudioArtVartanian only ever include the highest quality materials for the generation.  These are usually hand painted for even more realism.  Also there are more extras included here than we’ve seen before!  We have full materials for both characters and also second skin clothing. The Koraki character has anatomical materials and even a chest tattoo of a crow.  If this isn’t enough, there are also two PSD (Photoshop Document) hair props included with 6 hairstyle poses.  You can edit these into your final renders in postwork (full instructions available at vendors site). Finally there are 6 IBL (Image Based Lighting) sets included.  These are Gothic themed and suit the characters perfectly.  This is seriously an 11 out of 10 for extra content!

Shaping

Both characters include seperate head and body morphs.  These are both finely detailed and suit the overal look of the characters.  Poser users can also take advantage of the displacement mapping which adds even more detail to the mesh and second skin clothing. Koraki also includes 3 smile poses:

What can this model be used for

These two characters will fit into any Gothic or Halloween inspired render.  They render fast in Daz Studio and look great with newer Iray shaders.  If you wish to use this product for commercial or interactive purposes you can enquire with renderosity for more licencing details.

Comparison to Similar Characters

We couldn’t find another character that matched Koraki’s likeness for Daz Studio.  We did however find other similar characters in STL formats for 3D printing.  This makes this character of high value and still a worthwhile addition your Daz character library.

Koraki and Kissa – Overall

There are so many additional features included with this two character set that add to its value. If you are using M4 and V4 characters in your renders, the added clothing and tattoos make it even more appealing. It also has a high level of uniqueness in terms of likeness.  However you may wish to convert these characters to work with newer generations.  If you are interested in 3D printing there are also other options available on 3d modelling sites around the web.
